Its a townhouse in the Channel Square apartment complex in the Southwest Waterfront area of DC. 3 blocks to the Metro and a new Safeway store, 4 blocks to Arena Stage, 5 blocks to Nationals Park, 1 block from the water! The lease ends in September and Id love for someone to stay at least that long. At that point the lease switches to "month to month" and you can stay as long as you want! I wont be back until October 2013!

Price: $855/month, which includes all utilities (gas, water, electric.) The only extra cost is $25 a month for high speed internet. That is CHEAP for DC, especially for this super convenient location!
On our Roku, we get Netflix, Hulu Plus, and HBO Go (Everything HBO has EVER made is there) and thats all free to you. The projector is truly amazing, like having a movie theater in your house.
Brian just bought the washer and dryer, and they are SWEET! No need to worry about electric bills there, either, since theyre included in the rent.
